Unfair

A few weeks ago I dyed my hair reddish-brown, and it looks gorgeous, I love it. Well, obviously my mom does not and she is making me an appointment to get it changed. She is going to get it changed to my natural, boring, brown hair. Why won't she let me express myself! The color suites me and I LOVE IT. I like that it makes me look older, and that it makes me stand out. I really do not want it changed but I don't know how to tell her. If I argue, i'll get my iPod and computer taken away, but if I don't, my hair will go back to brown. Also, she is going to start forcing me to go out in the evenings. Like bowling and stuff, but i'm not a social person and she plans NOTHING with my friends, just my sisters boyfriend. Thats why I don't go out, because no one I like is there. I spend hours in my room because she makes plans with people I don't like, and now she's making me go out with them? I feel very strongly that this is not right. If i want to go out, I'll go out! If i don't, I won't. But again, if I stand up, I'll be punished. *sigh* I just feel powerless. It's my life, my decisions, my hair, let me choose. If i don't want my hair changed, don't make me change it! Also, if I don't want to be social, I wish she wouldn't make me, it's not going to help anything. Well, this ends my rant for now.

My Day.

My day started at 5:00am. I got up, and checked my blog, email, and read some fan fiction. Then I proceeded to get dressed, hair, makeup, the works. Had a small breakfast, bar and a cuppa. After that it was off to school. When at school, during 1st period, I got called to the library. Turns out I had won two passes to watch the ACC basketball tournament during lunch (don't really care for basketball but I went) and I took my friend who does like basketball, she was very happy. During 2nd period, the boy behind me made a comment about being cold, and my teacher responds, "Does _____ bring on the cold?" and, my friend replied with "Thats because she's a vampire". I stated, loudly, "That was supposed to be a secret!" so now my teacher is convinced I'm a vampire. Moving on to 3rd period, history, we played a game. We were given a forensics and detective sheet, and had to solve a history mystery. It was fun, and my team won, obviously, I solved it within three minutes. Seriously, I did. So that was fun, better than taking notes. In 4th period, math, something very interesting happened. We were doing a worksheet, and a office attendant walked in with a bag of Candy Grams. Candy grams are little bags of candy that you can purchase and send to a fellow classmate with a note or something. So my teacher is handing them out, and I get one! This is peculiar because none of my close friends bought Candy Grams. I read the name card, and it just said "Secret". I have no idea who it was from! I was very happy to have gotten one, but I wish that I knew who it was that sent it. Maybe I will find out, if I do, I'll post something about it on here. And to end my day, I am blogging, listening to music, and posting photos on Instagram, typical Friday night. I have to be up early for a soccer game at 9am, yay *sarcasm* Well, that was my day, I hope you enjoyed!

Snow!

Yesterday, I was up in the mountains visiting my mums high school friend, and they got snow! Beautiful, white snow. The only shame is, no kids were outside! If it snowed in my neighbor hood, basically everyones would be outside! We would stay out till we were numb! Nowadays with all these iPods, iPhones, video games, etc, (not that I don't like iPods, they are very handy) kids don't go outside as often. When I was a kid, I would be outside for hours, I would go hiking with my grandparents, I loved the outdoors! It is a shame that some many kids have never been hiking or gone and played in a lake. I encourage you all to go outside and really take in your surroundings for at least 20 minutes. G for a nature walk, jot down notes of what you saw, leave your phones, iPods, etc at home. Thanks!
Until next time,
